Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F and grease an 8-ounce ramekin with cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together butter and light brown sugar using a fork or rubber spatula.
- Add egg yolk and vanilla to butter and brown sugar and stir to combine.
- To wet ingredients, add flour, baking soda, and salt and stir to combine.
- Fold chocolate chips into the mixture and transfer to prepared ramekin. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Sprinkle with sea salt or top with vanilla ice cream if desired.
