Monroe, NH – 1st Shift Case Taper

Responsible for palletizing finished cartons for product on the clean side of the processing plant.  The Box Taper is responsible for the final inspection of the finished carton box.  Duties include monitoring the date code on finished cases per customer specific requirements and monitoring for damaged or compromised product.

Responsibilities include:

  • Stage materials for days production including pallets, cardboard and pallet trays
  • Change tape on machine in the morning or downtime
  • Start machine and printer for 6:30 to 7:00 processing start
  • Assist with labeling and staging of boxes or cartons as needed
  • Palletize boxes per customer label
  • Stack boxes neatly inspecting for any damage or compromise (return such to rework and/or waste)
  • Monitor date code on finished cases per customer requirements (inform maintenance of issues)
  • Segregate materials and maintain spacing from exterior wall spacing
  • Keep work area neat and clean as time allows utilizing downtime (sweeping, etc.)

Monroe, NH – 1st Shift Loader Operator

The Loader Crew position is responsible for all work related activities on the dirty side of the processing plant. The Loader Crew is responsible for staging and loading eggs for the daily production per the Quality Assurance blending plan.   Duties include initiating lot swaps for accurate farm counts and recording accurate run times on the load sheet.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Clean wash filters for USDA Inspection
  • Stage eggs for production per QA blending plan (receiving dept. to assist)
  • Turn on wash soaps and wash tanks prior to processing
  • Load eggs per blending plan at processing start
  • Test wash water and control points at processing start / stop process if test deviated from ranges per USDA
  • Change wash water and test control points every (4) hours per USDA
  • Initiate lot swaps for accurate farm counts

Overall Responsibility   The shipping and receiving crew is responsible for all work related activities in the shipping and receiving cooler. This position will be responsible for moving trailers periodically as well as making local runs for supplies and other needs.  The crew must work independently from communications relating to the days production needs either from the Shipping and receiving Manager, QA Manager, Plant Manager and/or the Production and Operations Manager.

The crew must be prepared to change direction per customer or internal changes and/or requirements to satisfy processing needs.  Any deviations from the requirements checklist must meet approval from authorizing Manager.  Any deviations from any food safety procedure must meet approval from the Quality Assurance Manager.
